For all products purchased and solutions offered, we will initiate the refund only if you had not got the license key from us. Roamsoft' products are downloadable/receivable software, and refund will not be issued if we had sent the files/license keys. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing from our site.
The responsibility of setting up the server belongs to the customer. We will be responsible for installation only on some exceptional occasions - however, the responsibility of both setting up of the server and the installation will have to be done by the customer.
We collect information about our web visitors indirectly through our Internet access logs. When you access Roamsoft, the browser's domain name and Internet address is automatically collected and placed in our Internet access logs. We use this information to learn about which sections, pages and information web site visitors accessed.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place and we will consider those if it is reasonable for refund.
